Items that repeat every month
Costs such as the Shopify subscription do not change, so keep them here once. When a month is started from the defaults, or when you pick one from the list beneath a table, the description and amount are filled in for you, dated on the Day of that month you set here (the 5th for a bill on the 5th). Leave the day empty and it lands on the first day of the month. Changing an amount inside a report never changes the default.

Lead capture setup
Collector sessions
Each rep links their phone once: WhatsApp Business → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device, then scan the code. Reps must never tap log out from all devices.
Cutoff date
Everything before this date is treated as history and ignored. Only applies to a rep who has never been pulled.

Product rules
The ad's prefilled opening message names the product. First matching keyword wins, so put specific rules first.
